Sights and sounds and sensations that are so intrinsically familiar take on a strange quality when you see them on video. I find it hard to put to words that degree of difference between the feelings Chica & I shared in this moment and the visual representation of them, but I suppose that’s a condition of moving imagery that has eluded us since the emergence of the medium.
